fantastic stay in a perfect location
kind staff clean room great proximity amazing service
i found the staff kind and helpful . the room was clean, beautiful, and matched the photos i saw when i booked. the hotel's proximity to many attractions meant we did not need to spend much on transportation like uber. the service was AMAZING!!!
the intermittent noise from machinery outside my window, facing the internal light well, continued throughout the night.

The rooms feature high ceilings with roman architecture details. This detail. the hotel provides clean towels and bedding changed each day. a small fridge is in the room, acting as a minibar.

the staff consistently demonstrated kindness and willingness to assist guests throughout my stay. they addressed any needs promptly. even the maintenance guy helped us by placing an air conditioner that worked in our room for the night.

central location polite staff large bathroom
I liked the central location. It was easy getting to landmarks. the staff was very polite, and I found them friendly. i also appreciated how much space we had in our room. The bathroom was especially large with a great shower.
the workers who knocked on my door did not speak english.

mediocre stay with some issues
poor isolation malfunctioning air conditioning
the location was good, close to many attractions and places to eat. friendly staff assisted with questions.
i had some issue in the room. the noise isolation was poor, i heard street sounds all night. the air conditioning was not working correctly, .
